Actually, they are walking away from the light. I know, 'cause I was there see. What with it being me who took the photo.

Honestly, this is ridiculous. And don't say, "Oh, it's because I only have a mouse and I only have MS paint" because a lot of people draw with mouses and their work looks great. Go to the MS paint thread (J-qb linked it earlier) and see what people have done there. Its called effort, take a look into it.
Also: although I know it can be difficult and frustrating to draw with a mouse, Don't expect too much from a tablet. I've got mine for a while now, and obviously it's great to have, but it did take some getting used to. Whereas even with only a mouse, even with only the scrollpad on your laptop, you can still make great art, having a tablet doesn't necissarily mean you'll make anything good.
This is not meant as a critique, just as a warning, Is was pretty sad when the first thing I drew with my tablet was shit. Don't let that stop you from improving.

nice, but I think the focus should be at the leftmost tip of the leaf(?)

I've got one of those too.
taken in the amphitheathre of El Jem (tunisia), the third largest in the world.
You said som time earlier:
:: I'm considering adding in the explosion part in the pencil. Should I?
definitely, also, try to make it a bit more smooth. One thing I like about the original (paper) one is that is uses little of the page, maybe recreate this effect by making the image a bit taller.
otherwise cool, try to make more.

However, you can not know for sure, that killing yourself will end your perception!
I was going to tell you to post this in the ms-paint thread, but they have this rule where you need to spend at least 20 minutes on it.
Frankly, This is not good. not good at all, sorry I have no constructive criticism right now, but I would like you to try again, while taking at least half an hour work on you pic.
after that I'll criticise it.

Lying i am not. playing i am.
you have the answer! yayness. so the attack is to kill all living creatures.
what will you do?
P.S. if you dont want me to play this game, just POLITELY say. i am genuinely playing for the fun of it. i SAID i am enjoying it and dont want it to end.
Now can we just man hug and be Buddies, i promise I wont pull out any of my undefeatable weaponry anymore :D:D:D
P.S. to destroy the world, i sent in a good friend from another dimension. called HULK!
And that is where you screw up:
1. How do you know there actually is any living creature, let alone of you can kill it. And how do you know when you have killed all living creatures?
2. Hulk is a living creature that does perceive, so letting him kill everyone does not solve it. For he himself perceives.
I'm sorry, but blaming it on perception is really a final argument. It doesn't mean it is right, but there is no debating it.
Lastly: perception does not defeat any of the things you said it would: It creates them. Because I crave for some sort of regularity in nature, I invent science. science is a construct of my mind, but that does not make it less real!
Since science was before you, and for the sake of argument.
the nemesis of science is Ali G.
nice work, but what's up with the cutout on the first one?

No, but it was a reply to slippery nipple, who asked if he would follow jesus' examples is he was not the son of god. But Jews already do not believe jesus is the son of god.
looks great as always, too bad you couldn't finish it.
I don't really see how this has any value as standalone item... sorry

He said this was a Jewish version of Christ. Jews (and muslims too for that matter) see Christ as a prophet, not as the son of god, not as the messiah.
Here is my parasite: This is the first time I did that 'paint in photoshop' technique, I'm not really satisfied with how it is, but I got bored of it.
The snakespawn is a small reptile of about 8 cm head to tail that lives in grasslands or grassy areas in forests. The snakespawn is a parasite of ratsnakes. Glands in it skin shed an odour like that of mice, thus attracting ratsnakes looking for a prey. After the snake has swallowed the snakespawn, it lives in the stomach of the snake, feeding on the stomach's content of the snake. Though the snake will need to eat more prey (sharing it with it the snakespawn) it's health is not compromised by the presence of the parasite.
In the wild this reptile has lost the abilities of sight and hearing (so as to be more resistent to the snakes stomach fluids), however, in captivity snakespawns wich were hand-fed from birth did develop some eyesight.

one remark on the latest one (red/black-white): Your own eye, doesn't really come out in this. It blends in with the background, which makes it a bit dull. this could be due to the low quality of the phone-photo.
hmm, I was going to say I like your pen and paper work better than your photoshops, but then you posted that satyr pic, and four rather crappy (IMO) pen and paper sketches. You changed my mind. The satyr is definitely my favorite now, great use of colors really sets the mood.

I agree, It's a borderline case, but it's a parasite, just like musquitos are.
those with the new program are cool, although I don't like the green one that much. There could be some more variation between them, but having a few comparable in a 'series' isn't bad.
This one I did half a year ago when we discovered a chameleon spider in our back yard:
I put this together this afternoon, It's not as good as it could be, but then again I didn't make the photo's with the goal of putting them together.
The two photo's were made during my stay on Ibiza (eivissa) 2 years ago.
original size is 5423x1632
In the meantime I have started on mine:
I think I might do it in pastels

I'd say that is a rather bad picture...
This has been done before and has been locked because: taking someone else's work and manipulating a couple of things to make it look different...
Take a look at fleshlights page, before you start a thread like this.
Maybe you should try only putting the inkblot/spatters on the background, not in the black areas of the characters.
