its not that I have trouble, its just that fans of other shows immediately judge you of copying their show.

Well I like this one a helluva lot better! Feel like it's more alive and full of personality with all the traits you've given him.
But I will agree that the shading could use some work. The perspective also seems a bit to, for lack of better word, boring.
