I'll tell you how I beat the game:
Start by building 2 soy fields and 3 cow pastures, refraining from adding 3 cows. At the feedlots, add nothing to the feeds, everything will come naturally (If you really want to die, try adding animal flour LOL MAD COWS).
At the cash registers, start with 1 grillmen and 1 cashier, then add as they are needed. At the headquarters, start the children want mcdonald's campaign and people will flood into the stores. At this point, you may want to add more cow pastures and 1 more soy field. However, when you see that fertility rate for a crop of land approaches 0%, change to ONE COW, that way, the land will last forever, and when you get enough, you will not have to do anything but have 6 or 7 plots with 1 cow each, perfect. When you get to the end, you will likely only need 2 soy fields to feed the needed amount of cows. You can easily buy and sell the ancient Mayan village to make soy without much profit lost.
*KEEP YOUR EYE on the amount of "Hamburger" your cash registers have!
When your detractors start to complain about you, launch the necessary campaigns and public relations to combat them. Do not keep them running when you don't need them, this will save money as your company grows.
Using this as a tentative guideline, and with some experience, I reached a point where my company lasted FOREVER (I got to this point at about 2040). The only things I needed to do was hire and fire officers. My money stayed at around 60,000, and I had enough money to support ALL my advertising campaigns. One thing noted is that when I tapped into the forests, the ecologists NEVER STOPPED BOTHERING ME, and they are the main reason I never got much higher than 65,000.
