I'm not sure about this, but I'd say it's permanent, because if you once make a flash over 10 mb, you're likely to do it again. But as I said, I'm not sure, you should ask someone whose submit limit is higher than normal.

That's because the update is based off of a 31 day period. However, it looks like you had already deposited for today, that means that by the time that Bahamut posted this, you had gained 10 extra experience (that is, experience from 32 days). Or something like that.

There have been some lame phishing attempts such as that recently. The real bots are listed here:

P-Bot - Picks the daily Flash Portal winners and announces them on the front page every day, and removes unworthy submissions from the site with his BLAM cannon.
A-Bot - Sorts and ranks Audio files submitted to the Audio Portal, and picks and highlights weekly winners.
G-Bot - Creates, validates, and ranks user accounts.
M-Bot - Assists site moderators by notifying users of bans and removals regarding forum posts and submission reviews.
I-Bot - Helps users filter and sort Art Portal submissions, and picks each day's winning works of art.

First, you should add the people you want to co-author to your portal buddies list (go here to do so).

Then, you edit the movie (you'll now have the option to add those people), specifying their contribution to the flash (music, voice acting, animation, writing, etc).

You can advertise your voice acting skills here. In addition, there's a thread where people request voice actors whenever they need them, so you can respond to any of those requests :)

Once you do those things, you will surely start voice acting for some movies and games. And eventually, you may get to be better known and more people will want to work with you.

The best program out there Adobe Flash, you can get it here though it's pretty expensive (it costs US$699, though you can get a discount if you're a student).

Then you need to learn how to use it. For this there are a lot of tutorials out there on the web, but you can start by watching the Newgrounds tutorials.

There are also some free alternatives, but they are not as good as flash. Liveswif is one of the most used free programs.
