I'm curious to know your opinion on the highest quality Mp3, or Mp4 player is for the lowest amount of money. For me it would probably be the GoGear Philips 4GB. It's about 2x3x.5 inches in size, can hold 4GB of music and video, runs 25 hours on a single charge, and costs somewhere around 40 usd. The downsides are it can only be charged through a USB port, and it only plays .smv video. I personally own it and think it's great.
