Well, first I would work on your Mic's quality. One free way to do it is to download a freeware program called Audacity and import your voice and use an effect called "Noise Removal". It's effective for reducing stactic pops and fuzz. Your voice itself isn't that bad, but it's as if you're hesitant to sing, like you're not interested. You might want to sing louder (that itself will reduce static effects) and more forcefully. Besides that, your voice isn't grating, piercing, or anything.

If you're running XP, then its just an effect called "Reverse", but if you use Vista, it's Effect>Utility>Timeline Changer>Reverse. If you're using a Mac OS, then I have no idea :P
