Well... you didn't meet the requirements to join the NGPD anyways because of your B/P rank and TailsPrower did also mention that your post quality wasn't so great. So i assumed that was a rejection to your application. Either way, I'm not here to discuss your application about the NGPD. I'm here to discuss your application towards the NGDD.

Your post quality still hasn't changed though. You're not using capital letters when they're suppose to be used and using periods either. These are basic stuff that you need to work on.

Actually, this is my second account. You see, I use to have an account that I shared with my brother. Unfortunately, he submitted a stolen song, and that got us banned, so when he went to college I decided to change my internet provider for a faster one. Then, I was Newgrounds free until today.
