Well, I too can copy-and-paste Notepad documents.

Here are a couple of programs which are OK, some of which have already been mentioned..

Adobe Flash CS3 Get the free 30-day trial first.
LiveSwif A free Flash-like program, but it's way worse.
Pivot Stickfigure Animator A free stickfigure animator. Only exports as GIFs though, and is very bad. OK for beginners though..
Pencil Don't know much about it, but I think it's free.
KoolMoves Free trial
ToonBoom Used less for internet animation, more for TV.

I just realised that I hadn't checked this one out..So I clicked on the link, and there was some error with it..Could you try it again?

Response to: I'm P'oed!!! Posted October 30th, 2008 in Game Development

I remember when I first joined (not that long ago, really) when I used to submit something, and wait with baited breath for the results of whether or not it got through...

Now, if I submit something, even something I quickly made in a night, I know it'll gt through..The only excitement is what score it'll get..

I'm not sure if that's because my flash skills have drastically improved, or that people are far kinder with voting these days, but I think it's the latter..

You just have to include the title and synopsis in a post of yours. Simple as that.

Yeah, that's really cool, that'll go in the collab if you send me the FLA, and add tell me a title and a synopsis. Also, could you take out your name from it..

Response to: The Unfinished Collab Posted October 29th, 2008 in Game Development

OK, I'm here just to clear up some controversy..

A. I had never heard of the Finished Business Collab (which is not the same name, btw) until it was pointed out on this thread.

B. If any of you even watched the FBC, the whole thing was set to a song, and this collab will not be.

At 10/29/08 12:03 AM, Baconneggs wrote: If you guys want to be a part of a real collab send the parts to me and ill put them in the next finished business collab with real credits to the authors...

So now your coming in and stealing my co-authors? Well that's mighty kind of you, isn't it..

Alright, then: This collab is vaguely related to the Finished Business Collab. However, it was not inspired by it.

This collab is still going ahead. End of.

Thanks for the bumps, guys!

I will post again in a minute to deal with business that is not related to the controversy..

I usually tend to post in smaller topics, so that it's more likely that what I'll say will be original, and also because it's quicker to read through..

Those who make viruses Posted October 25th, 2008 in General

I'm just wondering, why do people create and spread viruses?

Is it because they're bored youths who thrive on knowing that somebody, somewhere hates them?
Or do people create them simply because they can?

Can any profit be made from them?

I'm simply curious, as it seems like an inhumane thing to do....

Yes, but SpamTheWeb is the most convenient one. Also try MegaUpload, RapidShare, ImageHost, ImageShack and much more. But SpamTheWeb is easier. Do you have something against SpamTheWeb?

Response to: Bumping. Posted October 21st, 2008 in General

In General, if it's a popular thread, and you have something to contribute, it's fine, IMO.

In Flash, bumping collabs occasionally is OK.

Other than that, it's annoying..

Response to: I have noticed a few things... Posted October 21st, 2008 in General

Yeah, that's fairly accurate..

I myself am young and from Europe, and I know a few others who are, but I think you're right in general..

Or it could be that young BBS users are from the US, because English (NG's language) comes easier to them..

NG gear! Posted October 21st, 2008 in General

OK, so I've just got my NG stuff today, but this isn't a thread about how great I am that I have NG stuff like the others..

Basically, I got 1 free Angry Faic sticker, 2 tank logo stickers, a RWD sticker, and a cool NG card. AND, the invoice was cool..

So why do they bother putting all this free stuff in with it? I'd have been happy with what I ordered, without any need for extra stuff..not that I'm complaining..

TBH, it's hardly gonna make me go back for more...

Anyway, has anyone else received free stuff from NG (I'd presume so..), and what did they think of it?

Cheers, Bob!
