I have a Blue Yeti Microphone, it's 100$, so that's the quality of the mic if we sung together.

I also wouldn't mind singing of love or funny shit. Id just rather avoid cursing, you can do those parts.

My point is, I would really like to know what software I could use to make these animations. Thankyou for your help!

You use Adobe Flash, but I would say that Toon-Boom is immensely capable of establishing much better of cartoons.

This is kinda a problem I have to fix or I wont be able to aminnate at all since I have kinda gotten use to being able to make sketches with pressure sensitivity on.

I also have the paid for version so thats not an issue either, really confused as to why it isnt there at all.

Before going into Flash already have your Tablet plugged into your computer. If this problem occurs again just exit out of Flash and go back into it.

Anyone have something to say about this college? Or please prefer one.

Animation College Posted December 20th, 2013 in General

I plan to go to a college for animation and was wondering where if anywhere in the US I could go and take a 2D Animation College course? I'm still in High School as of now and I live in Florida. If there's any 2D animation college's around here that anyone knows about please inform me. I would like to take 2D not 3D preferably.

Ive searched google and all I'm finding nearly anywhere is 3D classes.

I plan and am hoping to work for CN.

Heartless Mike

My name is Mike.
I've lived in a small but crowded town all of my life.

As a child I dreamt of acheiving great.
I tried my best in school.
And eventually after years of continuous work and studying I graduated at the top of my class.
I got a job as a cop, a apartment, a lover, and even possessed the idea of having a family.
Nonetheless everything was going superb.

Except this one day of my life, December 12, 2009 everything went wrong.
Now I will take you back 2 months from that date to when this all started.

It all started when a buddy of mine [NAME REMOVED FOR FAMILYS SAKE] was murdered.
There was something abnormal about his murder, it was that his heart was removed from his chest
without any visible ways of it being removed. After the first murder the cases kept coming in with the same report of
the heart being removed with no physical damage to the body. The murders just kept coming in and no one knew who or what was doing this.
The final murder total came out to be over 200 murders with no physical evidence to lead us to the murderer. The only lead we had was on an old horror story told to kids to scare them into being good when they acted up.
I wasnt the best at history but, the story was of a boy who lived way back in the 1700s, this boy was intrigued with witchcraft but had to conceal his facination in the subject because at the time people were being hung for such practices. [SALEM WITCH TRIALS] However the boy was terrified of dying so he sought out a way to become immortal. He consulted his teacher on ways of becoming immortal. His teacher denied his request because immortality was a taboo among witches, despite his teachers disapproval he began researching and developing a spell that guaranteed his desire for immortality. This spell required the heart of ten innocents and the heart of the caster. By the time he acquired his sixth innocent heart his teacher began questioning what he had been doing and where he had been. The boy obviously was nervous and paranoid but yet makes an excuse to his teacher that he had been busy. The teacher accepted his excuse but remained watchful after that. What she didn't know is that the tenth heart was hers.

Try voting somewhere else, like on someone else's internet. Because apparently you're on a proxy.

Wow. This is going to be tough.

Basically what he said, try turning off your internet, distractions aren't worth it. Like why are you reading this right now, turn on some music and animate. It's said you animate better in silence but it's not proven.

Response to: Tips on how to motivate yourself Posted November 21st, 2013 in Animation

At 11/21/13 12:41 PM, Pkmn2 wrote: I'm really in a dilemma here.
During work I really have the urge to work on my animations, get the greatest ideas and I even write some of the stuff down, that could go well with my project.

However when I get home, that motivation dives into a black hole and remains there forever until the next morning. I'm just in front of my PC browsing the internet, watch stuff and play videogames.

I really hate myself for doing that, so I'm requesting you guys for some advice on how you get yourself to do some animating.

Your problem isn't motivation, it's dedication.
Although animating can be fun, it also can be considered a labor of love.

You basically have to force yourself to stop procrastination. It's like nicotine, once you start smoking it becomes difficult to stop. So once you start slacking it applies the same way, it becomes difficult to stop.

However, the good side to this is once you start animating and force yourself to repeatedly do this and stick to your schedule of doing so, it'll be hard to stop.

I hope I helped in some way, even if my analogy of nicotine and addictions weren't the greatest. Best of luck!

P.S. The best way to make yourself work is just all in the mind, you have to set goals and live up to them or else you're just a person that things will get done with talk. (ɐɯɐqo)

Response to: Two fold path poem Posted November 1st, 2013 in Writing

I cannot quite choose, for you see
Either path are both desired
Routes to somewhere that’s inspired
But what a simple choice to make
Right or left, there’s no mistake

But what of up and of down?
Diagonals across and all around
To chose which lane I can’t deny
Is quite a feat, still I sigh

Loved the poem, the line above that's 'emphasized' was my favorite part.

Simple, surprising.

You see, I estimate that poem reaches out to you and you have feelings for that poem that's why you shared it.
But why does it speak to you?

I can't really say it speaks to me but why does that specific poem speak to you?

I have a poem I did not construct but I am a fan of and I can't even really say it's a poem, just a sentence or two.

"The shifting sky with clouds so real, give me thoughts that taste and feel."

That exact excerpt has been in my head for five months. Just the way it's worded is perfect, you can definitely see that sentence. But why is that? How can I make poetry like this? If anyone has any idea please do feel free to share I'd really like to know.

Response to: Memory Poem Posted October 27th, 2013 in Writing

I really like it! I suppose it's about a horrible memory that cant be forgotten.

The last verse and a verse in the middle somewhere were my favorites.

Syntax of Words that stick Posted October 26th, 2013 in Writing

How do I create a poem that you always remember. There are quotes from episodes, movies, books and people that you always will remember and its only due to the way they say it. Every sentence you say has a different feeling you portray towards people. There are also all different types of people, so different people will remember or be impacted in a different way.

Basically my question is, How do I write poetry that gets stuck in your head?

The thing is, he has more problems than I do. He's a depressed alcoholic, in denial, and he's drunk everyday at work.

Maybe what you need is a closer look at your life, and what you can do to make YOU happy.

Your co-worker is being a friend to you, maybe he is looking at your life, maybe he's just saying something nice because it's instinct to him, some people care about others more than they care about themselves. But what does that have to do with you; if you're telling him to care for himself you're just being a hypocrite.

At 8/1/13 10:20 PM, TecNoir wrote: Alright, so my best friend is really in a bad spot, and I don't know what to say.

See, he dates a different girl just about every month, one after another. He constantly seeks attention, and only befriends women that he ends up dating for a short time. He'll tell them he loves them and acts as though they're in a much more intament relationship than they really are. He won't listen to anything I say.

I've known him since I was a little kid, he's moved far away so I only know what goes on from Facebook, but he has a problem, and it's ruining our friendship. I don't know what to tell him to stop him from seeking attention, or stop dating girls pointlessly every month. I really need help with this and if somebody could inbox me that would be great. Please.

If your friend being depressed makes your friendship grow further apart perhaps you should NOT ignore, but basically pretend your not around, stop talking to him completely and then after maybe two weeks to a month greet him a 'hey' or 'sorry i wasn't around, what's up?' to get your friendship back in queue. If you don't want to do that then try to talk about something you both have in common and enjoy BESIDES dating, women or relationships. Hopefully I helped.
