Well.. aren't you an asshole. If it's a waste of time for you fine. I have over 500 subscribed members and over 7000 registered members so apparently it's of some value to many people.

The show isn't about me.. it's about the "intelligent skeptics" you talk about. They appear on my program to discuss religious history etc. If everyone knew religion was a hoax.. we wouldn't have school boards removing evolution from science curriculum.

My show is no different than any other educational medium.

Religion has some truth and fiction in it. Like all great stories. No one story is completely original. We are limited beings that must borrow ideas from our experience. "There is nothing new under the sun."

The God(s) idea began as a way to try to understand nature. Superstitious laymen believed that volcanos, earthquakes etc were caused by God. God must have been angry. The fools believed they had to do something to appease the gods to win grace with him/her/it. (Pray harder, not have sex etc) Religion began. The ancients of various cultures believed that human sacrifice, (sound familiar?) in some way, would make things better. It must have been something that man did to deserve this... so therefore logically, only God could save us. Later, power, control, fear, corruption and money all became part of religious life.

If there is a God, ignorant ass man has perverted it so much, we'd probably never truly know it. This is why people have faith that their God is real and true... because hard evidence is simply not there.

Until that evidence arrives, I'll remain an atheist.

Hi gang, I'm looking for people to enter a contest to recreate II Kings 2:23 using the KJV Bible in Flash. My website: www.infidelguy.com

Movie Requirements:

* File size must not exceed. 5MB
* Must not be longer than 5 minutes.
* Deadline: June 1st 2004.
* Must be Biblically accurate, however, one is allowed to use their imagination where detail isn't provided.
* No sexual organs displayed. Like bears running around with penises in there mouths.
* There must be sound.
* The end of the movie must quote the Biblical passage II Kings 2:23 and display InfidelGuy.com following that.

A poll will be setup on the front page to vote for which movie you think is the best. The winner will receive $100.00 USD. Either PayPal or Snail Mailed to you.
