no I'm pretty sure the dude before was right. They have already started making GTA4. It's going to be called Vice city.
I think one of my favorite things in the game is walking up next to someone aiming a sniper rifle at their head and pulling the trigger at point blank range. I love the way the blood sprays when you take off someones head or their limbs man thats satisfying.

While it is true that initially high technology only helps the rich over time it becomes available to all. Take personal computers for example. A few years ago they were much more exclusive but over time prices have gone down, also you could buy what was a top of the line computer three years ago for chump change.

But what you didn't state is what your idea of evolution is. Are you using the barrons of industries turm or are you using your own and what is that definition? If you are talking about the barrons of indusries definition then you are corect. Now my understanding of evolution is that all living beings change to better fit there envierment and that may mean different things for diffrent people for some it means using more brains, for others it could be being more inclined to heal for acidents, and for others it might mean having the abuility to gain mussle mass quicker. From the sounds of what you said you are looking at the evolution of mankind in one general derection not the evoluion of people to better fulfill certain tasks. I can only guess that from your statment that you are talking about the evolution of mankind not its individual people to acomplish certain tasks.:

I was reffering more to industry than populations. However the only way to have evolution progress is for us to find new lands to colonize(which there aren't anymore of on Earth) or for a bunch of us to die off.

I was waiting for it to come out on X-Box but when I saw it was on PC I couldn't resist.
They say there is going to be a download that will let you play your mp3 files on the radio of the cars in the game.

I just bought Grand Theft Auto 3 for my PC. And I've just gotta say that it kicks ass. I reccomend that everyone who doesn't already have it buy it. I'd extoll all of it's virtues but I've got to get back to playing it.
