In a socialist system the people become dependent on the government. As dependent as we have become on the governement in the United States further socializing our government would only result in further dependence on the government. When one becomes dependent, one becomes enslaved. Here is an example...you are a lower class worker and the government puts in a new provision that to continue recieving government assistance you must suck a government official's cock on command (this is obviously a dramatazation). Now you have no desire to suck a government officials cock but you have organized your budget so that you need the government money to pay your bills. To be truly free you must live without any governement intervention on your life. Sadly, without government society would fall into chaos. Thus man must find the balance that maintains order, yet leaves him as free as possible. The question you must ask yourself is given the choice would you prefer to be free and responsible, or dominated yet secure?

About the issue of how "healthy" a single parent family is I belive I can contribute an informed perspective as I am the son of a single mother.

My opinion is that being a child in a single parent family is not going to drive a child to a life of crime if the parent they have is responsible. However I would say that having two parents would be superior because my mother leads a hard life because she has to be both my only parent and the sole money earner in a strenous job.

I feel that homosexuals wanting to be parents is hypocritical because they are subjecting their children to the same social ostricizing and psychological trauma they were exposed to when they "came out of the closet" and they are exposing the child to this so they can be parents. another fun thing to do in a car is to have one person sit in the passenger seat and when you pull up to the car next to you start waving at them and looking retarded. Over the past week me and my friend have been driving around and gestering wildly at slow cars in front of us while honking our horn and flashing the headlights and gesturing for the car ahead of us to pull over. When they pull over and check their car we fly past laughing maniaclly. Not only is this great fun but It also works well for passing slow cars on curvy roads. I encourage everyone to start doing it with hope it will become a fad and will keep slow drivers across the nation in a constant bad mood.
