Look at the cancer survival rates between the US and Europe. The US has the highest survival rates, and this isn't just for Americans who are insured, as the previous link shows. If you're really German, (which we'll see if you can properly translate what I said earlier) consider our comparative cancer survival rates:

It's always funny when people who support universal healthcare think that it is not concerned with money when actually that is one of the biggest reasons for universal healthcare, to control costs (at the expense of quality). That's why you such lower survival rates in countries with universal healthcare, it's because their government likes to cut corners and lower the frequency of appointments and operations to save money. In universal systems, people are not worth the money, nor do they have the right to choose their own coverage... everything is regulated by the government.
okay you wrote alot there and listed alot of quotes.. however all i can say to you is than in a coutry as healthy as yours the fact that the first thing you are asked when you go to hospital is for your insurance details defeats anything you have to say. It's funny how little sense your entire argument makes. First off, the US is a place were people can succeed. The difference we have here is that in your country, your people think it's the government's job to make people succeed. You actually LIKE the idea that your government babysits you. Here, we expect people to carry their own weight and work for themselves. That's a founding principle of our country; equal opportunity and equal responsibility. If someone fails in life, they don't have the right to leach off of other people via the government.
