Indeed, though it's far better than what I was thinking it was.

Since someone's spoiled it already, I really liked Wheatley before I plugged him in. Something about having that much control must drive A.I.s nutso.

It's the writing and voice acting that's making this game for me. Smiling the whole way through.

Conflicted, on the one hand I detest discos. Much prefer a venue that's not pumping out booming loud music.

On the other hand, it could birth the greatest Bezman dancing yet.

You'd think so but no. At least in the shop I work in, they earn about £14 for a Mon-Sat round and maybe another £5 on a Sunday.

Could just be a suttle way of getting suggestions for good inns/hotels etc.

I don't do suttle, I just blatantly ask.

Not quite as north as Scotland, but had some pretty strong winds in York today. Still gusting a bit.

Clicking on ads that interest you or clicking on an embedded ad in a flash that you enjoyed is another thing a real NG'er does. Doing so is free and supports that which you enjoy for free.

The problem I have Poozy is that i'm using noscript and enabling ngads.com doesnt enable the ads, i'd have to allow the ad sites and they pop up all over the internet.

Any suggestions or am i gonna have to bite the bullet and allow them so i can be spared your wrath?

That's worrying Luis, you'll get so many free drinks from people that you may end up clincially dead before the 20th.

Response to: Audio Voting - Worth It? Posted December 7th, 2011 in Audio

Never seen that much yellow in the first page of this thread as I did that time I went to- nope, not going there.

I don't use the vote score to decide what music I listen to, I go almost completely by genre.

At best we could just do away with the voting and leave it to review scores, then you can see whose zero bombing stuff.

It's like the much maligned £50 notes in the UK - you see them so rarely that no shop accepts them, despite fraud with lower denominations being much more common.

You only really get them from banks nowadays. I've yet to see one in my current shop but when I worked at a PC retailer I got quite a few.

Check the indie/mod scene. Really controversial games don't do well in the mainstream market by their nature of being controversial.

While technology is leaps and bounds ahead of the 60's, the thought of what we could accomplish in such a span of time was really overblowing it. The realities of life, what with the economic burdens and shit, mean that space travel, flying cars and jetpacks won't happen for lack of a need for it.

Flying cars and jetpacks I can live without, but i'd really like to see a man on Mars before I die.

Best way to force your sleep pattern into one that works for school is to fully stay awake during the weekend and go to bed at like, 8pm or something.

Just don't overdo it because you'll find you want more than just 8 hours sleep after doing something like that.

Are you talking about Nintendo in that statement or Sony and Microsoft?

Doesn't matter what company it is. Sony and Microsoft don't really have many first-party developers so they're accused of it less, but plenty 3rd-party develops rehash they're titles to make money. Probably the biggest contenders are EA and Activision.

Because most people still buy a game from a store and it's a method to get your product known.
