Somebody explain why GTA III is a crappy game? Its a good game imo and is the game that really started the GTA Series. Despite the other GTA Games before GTA III.

It has a good story plot and good characters...

It also got good ratings from IGN and GameSpot. LCS and VCS got good ratings, but not even close to GTA III ratings.
