You'd think with the release of Modern Warfare 2, this place would be buzzing with regulars discussing how many times there hands accidentally traveled down their pants while playing the game.

Now I could go out on a limb here and say that no one has noticed my absence, And if they have, They haven't really cared at all. Because, I'm more a less a prop to you people.

Regardless, after like 6 weeks away, I'm back :)

I see the Regulars lounge has picked up a few more pages. And in that time I have picked up a new PS3 console, and a few new games. Not including Modern Warfare 2 though.

Good, Simple, Free: Remixing Software?

Hey guys,

Haven't been on Newgrounds in about 6 weeks, been a really bad time for me. But that's another story. Anyway, I'd like to just simply mix together a fex tracks for a friend of mine. I have no 'DJ' sort of music experience, and would suck at remixes.

But I'm gonna see what I can pull together in a few weeks for him. Anyways, does anyone know any free, simple software to easily mix together pre-made songs? Just simply laying A Capella over a beat, and seeing how it goes.

Anything? Thanks guys :)

Its true, god can be a jerk. I mean, he hates gay people and I really doubt gay people choose to be gay. Why would they choose to be outkast?

He also banishes all his children and anyone he loves to hell, if they don't believe in what they can't see. He also lets horrible things happen, and sent my mate to hell because my mate couldn't handle life here anymore and hung himself.

I'm not a fan always.

You can get them for around $100 now, which is good. And you can connect them to anything with a USB port and use it. I use my car CD Player, and connect my harddrive to it, and use it as a huge Cd ;)

Its worth it.

I'm getting into the 700's now. But my library is amazingly empty, New laptops suck. My old one only had around 5000, which is like small to some of you guys. But it felt like home ;)

You just did it.

Your musical compatibility with Thewhatsit is Medium

Music you have in common includes A Day to Remember, Sum 41, Rise Against, Metallica and Escape the Fate.

Not half bad.

Holy crap man. That's like beyond what I was expecting from anyone. I would have been pretty amazed if anyone even got 12k or so.

New laptop with only 658 sucks though :(

Its definitely in the top 10 for Super Nintendo games. Basically all the 'founders of nintendo' style games are in there back then. Mario, Donkey Kong, etc.

I have them. More of a Punk sound than anything. Not quite hard rock.

Alexisonfire?

Bit too far into Screamo music. As far as I really get into screamo music is stuff like 'A Day To Remember' when there's a good mix of singing and screaming.

I had a feeling this would happen. I'm miles behind (:

On another note though, does anyone have any recommendations for me? Along the lines of bands like 'The Used' and 'Breaking Benjamin'. Kind of hard rock, but melodic too?

I guess that was expected though.

So, on your actual iTune/Windows Media Player libraries, how many songs do you guys have? I'm feeling pretty empty lately and I need to get my hands on some new music I can actually sit and listen to for longer than the first time and then get bored with it.

I've currently got 621 songs.

As far as I know, Its basically the fact that a lot of users are idiots and can't stick to there own music style. And they'll go into band's profiles they dislike, and then basically talk out their asses.

Other than that, I'd have no idea.

Not there biggest fan, But a fan still. So I may as well join here (:

Who here has Last.Fm accounts? And as for the whole selling out discussion, I completely disagree. I mean firstly, There new music sounds great, better than the older stuff even. That's not selling out, that's called progression.

Secondly, All bands are going to change slightly over time, and over fame. Its called life. Were you the same as now 10 years ago? Would you be the same if you had 2000000 more friends? Same with them guys, minor changes are going to take place, period.

Topic: Audio Mod???

Forum: Audio

Being an Audio mod would require one or more or these things basically:

1) Posting in the Audio Forums and being helpful during your posts. Not just have a majority of your posts in the certain forum but talk out of your rear end for a majority of them.

2) Have a fair amount of reviews for Music. These would be ones that are possibly going to help the artist or artists make their music better in the long run.

3) Aiding the current moderators through PM and so on. Reporting things such as stolen music, and other audio abominations.

Its not exactly that you NEED all of these things. These would just be things that show your commitment to the Audio department of the website. This is shown perfectly thrpough the news post of our newly elected dictator TMM43.
