OK..I find myself having the same argument almost once a week.
The majority of furries on the internet, just like the art. The art is the main purpose people are attracted to the fandom (opinion) and I hate when people associate furries with sex...ALL THE TIME. There are so many people who will crash on an entire group of people just because of what a small group of people in the fandom do and are interested in. I agree with the comment I read toward the top of the page..."DARE NOT TO CONFORM DAMNIT!" If a sub-culture is shunned (like furries) for being "sex crazy bestiality lovers", who wouldn't join in on the criticizing? I, myself, am not a big fan of fursuits. I am a digital artist, I draw furries, and like Yiff.... Of Course the average person will find Yiff not appealing, but as a furry, you like seeing anthro characters with tails and ears and such...feral yiff to me IS bestiality and I stay away from it. Lord help you if you happen to find attraction to furries~ now EVERYONE is going to judge you~~~~ honestly, I am open about My liking of animal characters. Why would you want to be the same species as every other "Piss shaving ape, fucking the world up for everyone else!" The fandom is about imagination and escaping reality, and to bring out the inner child in you. Im going to steal another line from The Furry Song, but "WERE JUST PEOPLE PLAYING PRETEND....that's all it is in the end" ....so don't shoot us furries down for having fun....instead, how about you all quit running away from your secret attraction to furries...because haterz love to have something to hate.....and either join the fandom, or get tha fuck out! ----Isaiah Has Spoken!
