Well, I find that this works best,

Click the image
Modify>Bitmap>Trace Bitmap>

Then set the settings as:

Color Threshold: 1
Minimum area: 1
Curve fit: Pixels
Corner threshold: Few corners

Then simply delete the white area, Or simply you could find a transparent image. :)

Also, If the file format is .bmp (Of the image) It might lag a tiny bit.. >_<
