Looking for Some Criticism

Having a terrible time drawing on my computer. I'd like some constructive criticism. Do I have enough creativity to draw well in the future? Can what little talent I have be developed? Also is there anyone out there that had a difficult time switching to line art that might have useful tips on where to start?

I have a movie clip inside my timeline. I want the timeline to go to another scene when a frame within the movie clip is reached. I'm having trouble getting this to work. Anyone know how to do this?
An annoying preloader problem

Well, this is the first time I've used a preloader. I took the newgrounds one and modified it to look like how I wanted. For some reason though when I add a movie clip in a completely new scene the preloader doesn't work. Anyone know what this problem could be? Seems like a long shot to ask but its my best chance.

What's the fastest way to use a texture in flash? I've made a fur texture in photoshop and want to use it for characters I'm making. Anyway to use it as a fill? Ways to use it as a matte? I'm guessing at worse I'll have to create all my graphics in photoshop.

Advice on Drawing in Flash

I'm really aching to start animating some stuff but drawing in flash is giving me problems. I've been looking at other people's art trying to find what it is I'm missing but no matter what I draw it comes up still lacking in something. Any advice on what it is that I need to make my drawings at least look passable? I'm not the greatest on paper but drawing it digitally is a lot different

Quick question. I've streamed my video via import video. It works for one file but then once I add 2 more those have a problem with linkage being named the same thing for each one. When I try to edit the linkage the linkage title is grayed out. Anyone know the problem or have a better way to import a video stream?
