I agree with the title of this thread. It seems people are just mindlessly attacking furries based on some rumours about some furries. That's like saying "everyone on /b/ is a bad person" because there are a few bad people on it. Not so. There are a lot of decent people on /b/ (although you may find it hard to believe) and 4chan in general.

There are a lot of decent furries, people who have families and lives but also maintain a furry identity and go to conventions. Going to conventions is like going to a movie; it's what you're interested in, so go, and don't care what people say.

This has been a semi-informed response. :3

Does anyone else here use 4chan? Not just /b/, but the rest of 4chan's boards? Personally I find 4chan to be quite a good place to get funny pictures and whatnot. I don't really go on /b/ much, but I tend to go on the other boards more often. Anyone else use the other boards of 4chan? And if so, which ones?

It's his choice, really. If you don't like that then you have to put up with it because becoming friends with someone doesn't limit how you dress, what you listen to etc.
