Hey, that already looks better! Fantastic! I know some buldings have different kinds of brick as corner stones too, I'm not sure why. It' sjust something I noticed, or different colored bricks, might just be for aesthetics.

If you're a novice you could scope out Matt Dixon's "Fantasy Artist's Figure Drawing Bible" Matt is a great painter and it has a lot of great tips in it. Not really something that would help a seasoned artist out too much though, aside from some color theory and good texture painting tips. It's not too expensive and Matt is an awesome dude, so supporting him is good as well.

I've been so busy, hahaha. today is the first time I've painted for fun since my last update. How sad is that dudes?
Anyway, been playing Borderlands some, so here is some fanart from that. I'm REALLY effing rusty. It's so bad. I have GOT to paint more. Man.

I like how you draw noses and lips. You're really paying attention to them, so many artists don't, they just worry about the eyes and hair to sell a character. I'm in a hurry, if I get back early I'd like to try to study your stuff more. Good luck, keep it up, and please stick around and keep posting. Great style.

Getting Medals Approved

This is Newgrounds specific, but I've always wondered how this worked. I've had some medals approved almost instantly, and I've had others not approved for long periods of time. Hood has been on the front page for a few days now (thanks NG!) but the medal still hasn't been approved. I always assumed it was a queue kinda deal, and that they just got backed up sometimes, but I figure it couldn't hurt to ask how it works. If anyone knows of course. ^_^
(I'm not complaining, it isn't a big deal, was just wondering.)

lol, I don't really feel like I need to defend myself, but do you really think that chick who spent all that time building herself a rocket pack out of a jet engine is going to have a happy ending? I even gave her a book on 'flight' to suggest she doesn't fully understand the dangers of what she's trying to do.
