The new game looks...interesting. Although I'm not sure what I saw, I know that coming from you guys, the game will be amazing.

The youtuber made the video first. As for the matter of the voice actor being popular that really has nothing to do about the material being stolen or not.

Also it doesn't matter if it's just the concept is stolen. It still constitutes as stealing. It's alright to use someone else's material if you cite the correct source and get permission from the original author. Seeing that the NG user did neither it's not goes against displaying "original work" on Newgrounds. Without getting the original author's consent or citing the original source which the flash was based off of; the flash is constituted as stolen.

All I asked for in the post is who I should contact about the issue. I do not wish to cause any problems, but just wish to be pointed in the right direction.

I just noticed today that there is a flash on the frontpage which the majority of the material is stolen.

I'm guessing you're talking about the "airplane" mission. You do know that was just a bonus mission they threw in, right? It is not supposed to involve the storyline. Just an extra mission after you think everything is done.

That does not answer the question at all....
If you own a website you can put a link to Newgrounds.com on your site and Newgrounds will have a link to your site on the "Network" page. An affiliate is essentially a site partner, in a sense, being a site affiliate does not give you any special feature on the site though. It's just a use of promotion between your site and Newgrounds.

I'm sorry I meant to say the email referrals. That feature was removed back in 2001 or so do to abuse.

Game playing on Ubuntu.....you sir are hilarious. Although possible; the number of games on Ubuntu is very limited.
