recording music the old fashioned way is harder, but sounds a lot better. the reason you hear a lot of synthesised music here on ng is because NOT EVERYONE CAN AFFORD A FREAKING RECORDING STUDIO. but seriously, i record all my guitar work live, but what can i do if i cant afford some other instruments? i cant be bothered starting a band and frankly i dont want to. so im quite happy using synthesised instruments, as long as they dont sound like dreadful general midi.

I've always kinda wanted to get a piercing on my belly button. But I'm afraid it will get caught on something and rip out.
I only have 2 piercings in each ear... I want to get a few more but I need some more money first.
yeah ive got a friend with some pretty ugly scars where her belly button piercing got ripped out playing basketball. she was smart enough to get it pierced again haha.
the only weird thing about this post is the fact that the teacher told you in the first place. is THAT legal/appropriate for teachers to be talking to their students about their sex lives (or lack thereof)

If you get anything pierced on the right it means you're gay.
I have my left eyebrow done.
i had my right eyebrow done several months before i got my left ear done, but it never really bothered me.. didnt bother my girlfriend either:P plus i think if u have another piercing on the left it cancels it out?
i have 2 piercings, left ear cartilage and right eyebrow, and for my next im thinking of getting a stud through my bottom lip. has anyone had that done? how did it turn out?
also, what are your thoughts on belly-button piercings on girls?
try and avoid "piercings are for faggots" comments, if at all possible.
i can no longer eat leggo's pasta sauce because i know someone that found a finger in a jar of it. the worst part is that they found it after him and his girlfriend had used the sauce in a couple of meals.......
i sometimes read ones that are useful "be careful with your spending over the next fortnight" and such.. but i cant stand the "you will find true love on tuesday" ones. then again i only read them out of boredom because they are next to the comics in my daily newspaper
every day i suppose. i think about all the songs i wanna write, all the movies i wanna make, but it can get a little depressing when you think about all the stuff you know you can't do. it's only when im reading way too much into things that i start questioning my existance and stuff like that.
depends on your personal view i guess..
ambience is all about the surroundings.. so if you are creating ambient music for use in animation and such, it should add to the feel and surroundings of it, but not distract from it. ambient music by itself however can be all sorts of creative; it does not have to have any set structure, as long as it is not distracting from the surroundings.
