Protip: Use Ctrl+Alt+Left or Right to rotate the screen to the side. Ctrl+Alt+Down returns it to normal, and no prizes for guessing what Ctrl+Alt+Up does.

not even 14 year old skaters will like it, because the skating is so horrendously unrealistic.

I watched it. It honestly made me sad. The "actors" seem so awkward.. especially the stereotypical nerd kid (who wouldn't be hanging out with the "cool" kids anyway) Everything about those seven minutes was wrong. Why the fuck was there slapstick? It's like they have completely changed their target audience to people a few years younger.

no doubt it will gain a huge following though due to it being fashionable to like the show

It matches my belt!

Read again. I took this screenshot from the main categories list page. I then searched "women" just to see what would come up.

I would have thought Ebay would have learnt from the whole "type black slaves into google and the first result you get is Ebay" thing, but apparently not.
The picture speaks for itself, really. I was on the categories page.

I tried searching on Ebay for women. All I found was sunglasses and shoes.

Ebay, Wtf?

Ahh, I see what this is, then. If you want a touchscreen, why not just get an iPhone rather than all the iPhone knockoffs that other companies are crapping out? Otherwise, why not check out XDA? They have been doing touchscreens since long before the iPhone.
Sony Ericsson also recently released the X1 which just looks like the sex with it's touch screen plus sliding QWERTY keyboard.
But to answer your question directly, nokia seems to have avoided the touchscreen bandwagon, and I think they had plans for a touch screen phone but I have never bothered to see if it has been released.

I think iTunes sounds like crap because of the EQ effects, putting too much processing power into them instead of just playing the song. In VLC I turned on the EQ, left it at the default, unaltered flat preset; As soon as I enabled a 2-pass on it, it started sounding like shit, like iTunes does without EQ enabled.

I agree completely, I cannot get iTunes to sound decent on my desktop with good speakers no matter what settings I have the EQ on. WMP gives me the best sound quality, out of iTunes, VLC and WMP.

and i just dont like nokia for reasons unknown even to me

Sony Ericssons do tend to wear out after a year or so of use, but nokias do generally last a long time, and you can get a ton of apps and games for them. But I just can't at all reccomend getting a Samsung. : (

Not if it is something you have to pay money for. If you can't find it anywhere for sale then it is your problem, as far as the law is concerned.

That's pretty much the same situation at my job (except of course 18 not 21). Also the government sends (supervised) underage kids randomly to shops and supermarkets to try and buy cigarettes, and if they are allowed to buy without being ID'd, the shop is basically in the shit.

I work at *certain independant supermarket chain* and I was never told anything about asking for ID when I was trained on checkouts, but I generally ask for ID if the person looks under 20. I'm pretty strict about selling alcohol or tobacco to minors, which I suppose is somewhat hypocritical of me..
