Mario Kart 8 (even held a tournament at school with this game recently to fundraise for Computer Club), but Smash Bros is probably going to overtake it soon.
I use Fahrenheit simply because I've grown up with it and I know which numbers means it's cold and which numbers means turn on the AC on max. I want to switch to Celcius, but it's hard to switch to that mindset outside of the lab for everyday purposes...

There's also the matter of how to get the file onto the Vita memory card... They're insanely expensive for a small amount of memory, and they only work for the Vita - you can't plug it into a computer or anything.
