Crap. If you really want a cartoon look, At least work on the lines. make them smoother and more round. His head doesn't even come close to a circle.

Does it actually do anything, or is it just for looks?

Not what I had in mind... Let me post a picture of what I mean. You put the sack over the victim's head, and pull on the strings to tighten it around their throat.

Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong, but when it comes to printed media, isn't 300 pixels = 1 inch? So your sticker would be very small.

As for constructive criticism, that's simple. If you want a better cat, look at a real one. And actually put effort into it. Flash isn't the problem, and if you have no tablet theres pencil & paper.

Saying "It sucks because I used flash" is just an excuse. People can draw just as well in flash as they can in photoshop. You just put no effort into your piece of shit.

Nice drawing, but I don't remember the car from Half-Life 2.

With that kind of drawing, you could have at least put some effort into your handwriting after spending hours on the art.

You're right, if you use 3Dstudio Max and follow a tutorial, that thing takes little skill.

Draw something else besides spiky haired anime people? Try another style.
