I forgot to talk about the second part of your question. The political branches will still exist, except they will be militarized. Each state would have a small private army, but the president's personal army will be more powerful.

As I said before, I cannot promise positions because I am not in office yet.

You will need a license If you want to kill a certain person (In your case, it would be those NASCAR people), but if you kill randomly, you will be publicly executed.
