The television has always been useless to me. There are some programs that i like to watch every once in awhile (Bleach, Code Geass, etc.) but other than that i don't really. It rots your mind..

I think that books are better. They're very descriptive, so it paints a picture in your head about what it looks like. You don't even have to search for it on a giant screen. It improves your academic ability, which i think that you could use.
