Yes, yes it does. If you purchase something, it's yours. If it's given to you by the ruling power, it's yours. It's rightfully yours if you already have a de facto state.

With your line of reasoning Kurdistan shoudl exsist merely because those regions are dominated by the Kurds.

Quite so, actually, but not just because of that. The Kurds are culturally different, so they deserve their own state.

Forgot to post my mini-review of ANR: It was awesome...not much else to say. Brando was sucky at face value, but if you think about his acting it was really good. The best character was the guy played by Robert Duvall ("I love the smell of napalm in the morning.")

That's an interesting idea, actually. Vocational training may be a good way to encourage people to stay in school.

As long as people don't go to back alley 'abortionists,' then, yes. As it's been said (by Fli), I'd rather let women have a safe abortions than die by sticking a rusty hanger inside themselves.

250,000+ acres were purchased, many others were taken legitimately (wars, for example).

But anyway. Does it even matters anymore who started the conflict in the Middle East? If you ask me, I'm for the side that is currently killing fewer children.

That'd be Israel.

It's not going to be millions, fortunately. We need immigrant labor, it's quite essential for our economy.
