Although i don't think the rule was ever set in stone. We were allowed them once and they got so annoying it was made a general rule that if you make one it will be deleted. (the exploit was also fixed)

That thread was just another exploit that the mods and admins let us enjoy for a day.

Mods can be very different about that depending on whose on. A lot of the rules here aren't set in stone. But if mods plain just don't like you or are in a mood for banning its possible they wont let it slide. The irony is a rant like this belongs in your user page.

You should try to grow as an individual artist and meet people here. There are plenty of free drawing guides and the more of a concept you have prepared the more likely you'll attract help. By then you should be able to have your buds help you out on projects.
