As hilarious as 4chan is i've been a member of newgrounds for to long to completely leave.
Ill admit that newgrounds has kind of lacked in its funny meme's compared to the old days.

grageband loops are grately frowned upon and you will be banned for using them. I suggest not using premade loops in any program.
percussion loops are ok but premade melodic or sound loops are not ok. hope that i didn't confuse you.

One last little question. it seems frowned upon using samples of peoples songs. So How does the whole thing go about using loops? say if you just made a whole song out of premade loops on some program like garageband or w/e. uploading that = no no?
