Look for ADShareit SWF2Video. It works pretty well and even renders scripted animations into avi, something that the regular avi export of Flash doesn't do.

Nice code, dELtaluca, however you'd have to apply it to every nested MovieClip as well to make it work properly :)

If you can really manipulate the framerate property itself, it will not only apply to every movieclip of the animation, but also i'm sure that it will be way less cpu intensive.
