Alright, I've been cruising around the portal and ive been noticing submissions that seem that they could be put in a collection. I've seen the reccomend for a collection button, but I'd like to know what happens if I press it. Does the submission go instantly to the collection or does a mod/ bot have to approve it? It seems a shame that awesome submissions can get overlooked from lack of organization...
