I wouldn't be too surprised, honestly.

The way I see it, no matter what you're doing, you're still doing something with your life. Your life is affecting millions of others. Isn't that what most people want anyway?

I think I would find a way to enjoy it.

My favorite guitarist is Dan Auerbach from the Black Keys.

Not the best guitar player ever, thats for sure, but the way he plays and the sheer intensity he exudes is pure magic.

Easily my favorite guitar player ever.

Proof of Awesome

We're going to need a few items of documentation, though.

We'll need a copy of your Social Security card, any credit cards you may have, your mom's recipe for her meatloaf (it's fucking great), a list of all your allergens, your phobias, the picture of me in my bathing suit that your mother has, and a locket of your hair.

We'll get back to you in 6-53 months.

Topic: Vandalism. This day and age...

Posted: 01/28/09 03:55 PM

Forum: General

Me and my friends used to play mailbox baseball and many other vandalous activities in my less mature days.

The reasoning behind this?

It was mountains of fun. There's few things funner than absolutely destroying something, especially if it isn't your own.

We didn't give a shit, we just wanted to have fun. We got in trouble a lot, we got put in jail, in juvie, got a plethora of tickets but we didn't stop because we didn't feel like it.

I don't regret acting like that. It was fun. I won't do it again, but those were some great times.

Yeah, except that it's not common and I've never known that to happen to anyone ever in my life.

Well, I don't have an answer to your question. That's a very strange predicament you're in. I guess the best bet would be to give yourself a cool-off period.

I quit smoking weed for half a year, and when I came back it was even better than before. Your tolerance lowers and it gets a lot easier to get fucked up.

There is only one show better than Seinfeld.

It's basically a modern day Seinfeld, with more funny juice.

Forum: General

At 1/21/09 03:12 PM, EpicFail wrote: Kurt Cobain is not as popular as he should be, every being on earth, should know of him, and the majority do.

I disagree.

In my opinion, Cobain is another semi-talented drug-addled musician that somehow got more fan than his peers.

Kurt Cobain changed music completely, and the stuff he did with music, is still around, and it will always be around. Nirvana will never get old, nobody can ever get sick of it.

I was sick of Nirvana the first time I heard them.

If I wanted to hear someone mumble over a microphone, I'd listen to Pearl Jam (who does it much, much better).

Zac Efron is popular amongst little kids, and he shouldn't even be that popular. He should be banished from earth completely.

If you replace 'Zac Efron' with 'Kurt Cobain' and 'little kids' with 'teenage goth girls', that sentence would make sense to me.

Of course, this is all one mans opinion.

I think it came to that because of my father. I grew up listening to his old classic rock and blues albums, and I loved them.

It wasn't until I was about 16 that I started to even listen to anything that was made within a decade of the current time.

I still listen to some classic rock bands, but I really got into Electro, Indie, and whatever the Flaming Lips are when I was around 16.

Yeah, because you know the cold, hard facts about Alabama and every other state in the United States.

You're so amazingly educated in how many are in each state, and what they will do if they are offended for no other reason than for a TV show.

Your knowledge of rednecks in the US boggles my inferior, southern, hick mind.

My antipathy lies within sweater vests.

I've tried looking at it from the perspective of sweater vest wearers, but no matter how hard I try I cannot think of one acceptable reason to wear a sweater vest.

Sweaters? Long sleeved, warm clothing.

Sweater Vest? All the sweetness of a sweater with...No sleeves?

Aren't sleeves the whole point of sweaters?

I'd buy sweater sleeves if they sold them.

I guess you could say that. I guess I am the demographic that the phones are trying to appeal to. But at least I'm buying the phone myself, unlike most people. It's my money, and I can spend it as stupidly as I want.

I just have the type of social life that needs to have constant communication with other people.
