Well, since someone else wrote a spah tut l will go for the scout tutorial....
The scout is the fastest class in the game by far, and he is the only one with the ability to double-jump.
He is the best class for a one on one battle, but he is the worst for a headlong charge into a group of enemies (although the best scouts can even take on multiple enemies at once).
So, first of all, let me introduce your weapons and what do they do:
Scattergun: your main weapon and still the favorite of most scouts, this gun deals large amouts of damage at close range, and you can have epic killing sprees with it if you use it in the correct way.
Pistol: your second best friend, this little beauty is perfect for picking opponents at medium range.
Bat: a last resort humiliation weapon, the bat deals low damage but has a fast attack rate.
Force-a-Nature: this is a very powerful sawed-off shotgun (this means that it has only 2 shells), it has a very high fire rate and you can use it to push enemies away or to boost your jumps.
It is mostly used as a hit-and-run weapon.
BONK!Energy drink: this drink will make you invulnerable for 6 seconds, but will slow you down after the effect fades off.
Sandman: this controversial weapon comes along with a baseball, which can stun enemies for a short amount of time (stunned enemies take 75% damage).
So, now for class-specific tips:
Scout: scout on scout battles are usually long and tiring because noone has a speed advantage over the other.You can try shooting him with your pistol and then moving in for the kill, or just jump around him and confuse him to death.If you have the FaN, you'd better make the two shots count.
Soldier: the one rule to follow here is this one "never run in front of soldies".Your death is assured.He can just shoot the ground and gib you.If you want to take on a soldier, you must do it when he can't see you.And when he does, run circles around him while shooting him.
Pyro: most of the inexperienced scouts have some probelms with pyros, but killing them is really easy if you know how to do it.
It's called weapon heckling.This consists in one simple tactic: switching from your main gun to your pistol as soon as the pyro switches from his flamer to his shotgun.
To make myself more clear, let me give you an example: pyro closing in.You backpedal while shooting him with your pistol.He draw out his shotgun, you move in close, fire two shots, he switches to his flamer, you go back to pistol again.
Also, the FaN is really good against pyros because of the knockback effect.
Demoman: pretty easy to kill, if you follow some basic rules.Never run in a straight line or your face will meet a grenade (or your feet a sticky), just confuse him so that he can't aim properly, and when you're close, run circles around him...most demomen will be helpless.
Heavy: very tough to kill, one only "easy" way to do it is to pop up from behind a corner, fire your FaN, then repeat.If he has a medic with him, it's a lost cause.
Engineer: he is basically a slow scout with a weaker shotgun, but beware of his sentry...even a LV1 can take you down easily...there is a way to deal with sentries though, but you'll need training.
You can circle-strafe them while hitting them with your bat until they are down..of course this won't work if the engie (or any enemy for that matter) is around.
Medic: not as harmless as he may seem, the medic's needle gun is one of the most effective ways to kill a scout...take them on only if they're healing a target, or if you can skeak behind them.
Sniper: well, nothing too hard here, UNLESS he has the huntsman.Beware of the huntsman.The hitbox of this weapon is much larger than that of the sniper rifle, and it can kill you with one shot even if it doesn't headshot you...try jumping around.Also, never run in a straight line in front oh him (and double-jumping doesn't help here), the best snipers can headshot scouts no matter how much they move around.Make sure you ambush him (it ain't too hard :P)
Spy: a very easy class to kill, his weapons are almost useless against you (unless he gets a lucky headshot with the Ambassador), so just get close and finish him off.Watch out for dead ringers though...
