the people who made heroes of newerth are failed businessmen IMO, savage was an ok game, but they market so badly, that they end up having to give all of there games out for free.
Well, Savage had one of the best concepts for a game EVER (RTS+RPG+FPS+Action all in real time, online), but the resulting game was "meh".
I want to try HoN really bad, althought it seems very "clony"..but then again, l never touched any wacraft game, so l don't really care :)
Maybe. THey even refused to put it on steam because it was too much trouble. But steam would skyrocket their sales.
Indeed.
I tried LoL yesterday, the graphics are good, but it needs some anti-aliasing settings (why do developers forget to put that setting?), and the letters on the main menu are messed up (see screenie for details).
As far as the gameplay goes, l found it pretty fun, BUT l get buttraped by other players...it's only normal if they're DoTa vets, but isn't this a bit unfair?I mean, l would probably buy the game if it wasn't for that...I mean, when you are facing an assassin, he disappears when you try to hit him, he reappears behind you, hits you and then runs away (and he's ALWAYS faster than you)..how are you supposed to counter that?
By the way, the collcetor's edition wil include 20 (!) new characters, a new skin and 10$ worth of Riot points...
Also, the cartoony graphics are good enough, but some heroes are just ridiculous (like that professor with a brain thrice as big as the rest of his body...)
