Which would you recommend overall? Would you combine the two? Is there any other audio software you would recommend other than FL Studio?

I've been playing for 7 years.
Play mostly Metallica and anything that requires speed.
My guitar is an Ibanez Jem7V electric, you know you want it XD

I'm almost finished with my new book, though I'm not a published author, I just do it for fun. I will post it here when I am finished, which should be within the next week.
