In the properties panel, click "publish settings"

Then press the tab with all the file extension types (top left corner I think)
Un-check html and swf and check for gif.

Press the gif tab and under some colour settings make sure it's set to "adaptive" or something similar. I think there's some more settings you can mess around with there too, so you can experiment a bit with that if you want to :P

When you're done press publish in the bottom right corner!

Don't have flash in front of me so I'm not entirely certain about all parts, but you'll figure it out :P

Why?
All you have to do is to make the finished citycape rectangular and the print'll work out just fine.

I think it's worth mentioning that pretty much everything can be changed with pen pressure in CS5
This includes texture depth, spread for scattering, shift in colour, change of angle, size and hardness, as well as flow and opacity.

Personally, I think it would do just fine without the "/b/" addon

oooh! Diggin' it!!! The font is awesome!! ...what is it??!

It's called Kilogram ;)

The 1 reads as a Y to me, but I really like the idea of it. You could probably use an actual 1 there and have the hand as a stand alone element off to one side. Might also want to tighten the kerning between the R and O.

Also kinsei, yours looks like it's shitting if anything.
So here's a redo of that

Either that or practice more.

Do you realized that some of these are final designs

They don't look like it.They are pretty bland and have wacky anatomy. Being made for animation and having a "cartoonish" style is fine and all, but don't use that as an excuse not to learn anatomy properly. Also, the characters don't show any depth.
Also, if these are "final designs" I recon your flash is gonna be without colour.

Movie Cybertron Primus took 2 weeks to draw and it's still not done.

well it doesn't look like you've spent ten hours a day for two weeks drawing it.
To be honest, it looks like two weeks of doodling at the same doodle at school. Supported by the fact that it says "School" on the same page.

If you're serious about drawing, I suggest buying yourself a nice block of plain paper and some decent pencils. Spend a few good hours drawing and practising.

Well, from the examples you gave us, it seems like you're not after a logo, more like a stylized illustration.
These are examples of logos, basically simplified and stylized icons.

Now, I must say, I don't think anyone's gonna be too interested in making you a logo for free, so you might as well throw in a few bucks with that request.
If you do that, you can also post your request in this thread and I'm sure more people will be interested.

Are you seriously telling me that making 16 posts with one picture each, which I have to uplaod from my computer when they're already on the net, just so you guys can see the images, is better than making a tidy single post with 16 links?
That's just sad.

Well, I don't know about the rest, but there's not many times I can be bothered clicking 16 links to watch your stuff, partly because my internet is slow and each page takes time to load, and partly because it is so easy for me to simply not do it. If you want feedback, your best bet is to post everything in the forum, even if that requires you to upload everything in the forum.
If you find that too annoying (with the max 4 posts per hour limit and all) you can just post the ones you consider the best!
