I can pee when I stand at the urinal. Then other guys come in. My piss stops. I just can't pee. I have a nice penis==circumcised with a large glans. I hold from 7 a.m. to lunch time. That is when I can't go and have to wait until I get home with a huge bladder full of piss.

My cousin told me what to do. He was 15 and I was 13. I had pissed after I got up. He didn't. Mid morning he would piss. He had been holding for 15 hours. Then after of the day in school he would piss again. In bedtime he would go again. Many times in school he didn't bother to go until the afternoon, Hence he would go only twice day. I was different. I always pissed in the morning. Then at lunch time and again after school. Right after dinner and at bedtime. He taught me to skip lunch time and hold my piss for 8 or 9 hours. and skip after dinner and wait to bedtime. After school we would play in the woods before going home. There we use to piss there. So I was holding 10 hours. That was difficult for me.

It is the ultimate when your dad won't stop until he needs to get gas. He has a bladder that holds two liters. He only pisses morning and then bed time. Even when I was 15, my bladder held only a pint. When we make the stop, it will be 5 hours since I had pissed. I am partically pee shy. I get into the men's room. There were two urinals. I was just staring when an other adolescent took the other one. My piss stopped. I got into the car with an emptyness. On the next stop after another 5 hours, I was desperate. I went into the stall. I pissed for 2 minutes. Talk about pleasure.

I have a very large bladder. So I only piss twice a day. What is your opinion about this? Holding the bladder or your urine for a long time until desperation can be a fetish.

You need to go to a urologist. Some stones are genetic. Others are caused by dehydration (not enough intake of water every day). Also do NOT drink any sodas with artificial sweeteners. A urologist will tell you what foods to avoid also.
Passing stones through the urethral tube is terribly painful. Kidney stones can be broken up with sonar treatments. Talk to your urologist about that.

Can you piss OK? If not, it is possible that you have Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy (BPH) that is a noncancerous swelling of the prostate, which may cause the urethra to be blocked. It is the tube that carries pee from the bladder to the end of the penis. It may cause retention of the urine in the blocked bladder so you can't piss. This kind of swelling in the prostate is common in late adolescence and especially in young men in their 20s and 30s.

Other possibilities are kidney stones stuck in the bladder and partially blocking the urethra.

Or ingesting some drugs.

Or an infection in the bladder needing antibiotics.

Go to the ER or call your doctor.

Did you ever hold your bladder when it has been full all day.I did it every day since I was in middle school. It is painful and nothing to laugh about. I am a freshman in college. I can't piss in the communal men's room there. So I go to my 8 a.m. class with a bladder full. Then I am free for two hours. So I go to the 3rd floor of the library where there is a quiet men's room. There I can relieve myself for the first an only time until after dinner when the library is empty up there. So try it sometime. Talk to your own pee pee. They have a forum. Plenty of other guys and girls can't go when anyone is around. They help many of us. I am going to check it out.
