When I play a movie now on NG (supposing ones made with 9 or 8), when bitmaps images are used, some of them won't appear, on a red box in the sprite's shape. I have flash 9.0.24.0 installed (according to NG) and I have reinstalled it several times. Any ideas?

it's good, but it drags on a little TOO long in the beginning. Maybe if you faded in while he was already on the stage. That way you don't have to wait as long to see the full sprite.

From what I've read about sponsorships, if you hold out for a good deal and really spice up the appearance, I see no reason you couldn't make +$1000. But you've gotta be smart.

I really don't think there's any magic to a layout. True, it can make or break a flash site, but it does DEPEND on what you want to accomplish. A mix of both might be a safer route. Instant access to cartoons with substance that will make users think the site is more of a living thing than just a shallow "Click n' Play" type of site.

pardon, but what is your flash? A movie? If so (and if other suggestions made here dont' work), you could do other things to help out.

If it's good enough, get in touch with Tom and he may allow you to submit it to the portal anyways. If that doesn't work, just make it a multi-parter. If it is your best work, the odds of your BA getting boosted is much more.
