I remember how 4 years ago, it wasn't uncommon to find a used NES, Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, or Nintendo 64(I got mine for $20), AND games. Now, I was only able to find a used Sega Genesis and some games at a flea market about an hour from where I live, and I didn't get it because I thought it might not work. So, are there any video game stores which continue to sell these classic consoles? What about stores which still sell Playstation/Nintendo 64 games?
Really, no games from older genereations are being produced anymore so you have to buy used shit. Also, no big name store will keep a decent stock of old games, also here in canada some EB Games will sell limited or rare used games for cheap, but you have to look.
The hard part is to know where to look. Often the best way is by buying from friends, but also you should check local listings for that, ebay or for sale sites. Local stores or comic shops might have old games also. You have to look for places that seem nerdy to find what you`re looking for
