In order to fix that I would say you would have to format and reinstall WinXP.

That's what I did. First time in years I had to do that. :/

If you can get Win7 I would just go ahead and install that.

Yeah, but I need at least 30GB disk space, but the parition I have for my system is only 10GB big (it's enough for XP). So Win 7 has to wait until I buy a new HD. I don't want to mess around with the partitions, it's pretty easy to fuck up the partition table by doing so and then all my files would be lost.

Though it's very odd to have IE start with Opera. It might be because explorer.exe and iexplorer.exe are interrelated so if you are having trouble with one the other will act up. Who knows. :/

Nothing, since you can't rate or flag your own reviews. Yes, I know the browser shows that you rated/flagged your review, but in reality, nothing happens. If you try to vote '+' on one of your reviews where it currently says "No users have weighed in on this review." and you then reload the page, it still says "No users...". If it would count the rating of your own review than the text would change to "People find this review helpful!".

So, you can't flag or rate your own reviews.

Well, it's unlikely that it's your internet connection, more like your browser not caching properly if you already flagged a review or not (or it's a problem on NGs side, like the NG server not setting cookies right that you flagged a review).

I don't think you can do anything about it. Besides, it's really not that important. Just flag the review and move on and don't worry, the flag will go through. Because, if it was your connection to the internet... it would be strange that only the flagging of reviews would be affected by this, wouldn't it? ;)

3) As EagleRock suggested, having a top 10 pacers would be a great idea but in return, I think the 75+ pacers should go. The new category will show the 10 best pacers of that update which I think is a lot better than showing a few to none users who exceeded 75/day (hell, only two of us got 50+ this week).

Sounds good to me. Over the last few updates only a few users (ie harryjarry) managed to get 75+ B/P a week, so the top 10 pacers of a update would be more interesting to read. Even though I won't ever be on that list. ^^

Another idea I have in mind is mentioning milestones for B/P, so users reaching every 10,000 will be mentioned along with Supreme Commander mentions.
