Yeah outer haven was a pain in the arse! lol pretty much crawled up the whole ship while tranquilising (is that how u spell it? lmao XD) the mad flipping soldiers and chibbing the boddys with a knife. I could never sneak all the way up tho, always get to the valve door and one spots me then about a thousand of the soldiers and 3 gekkos appear and i pretty much leave the area with next to no health! lol btw the screaming mantis fight is genius! (not quite as good as PSYCHO mantis but we'll forgive them for that).

Oh mantis was probably one of the best Boss battles I've ever played! This game had 3 ones that rank on my favorite fight lists, the other two being Rex V.s. Ray *for pete's sake Fighting liquid and moving around in a metal gear for the first time... WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE!?* and the CQC battle against Ocelot. I loved all the touches they had on the final fights, they really made fun for the fans. *also any excuse to play the snake eater theme makes me happy :D*

Also what does the Sorrow doll do? I got it knowing full well that it was useless in the boss battle, but it has to be more than a collectors item...

The sorrow doll allows you to manipulate the bodies of the dead...apparently... i tried it in the practise thing, but it didnt work, will try in main game soon tho! Yea the metal gear fight was awesome :D I thought it was a nice touch playin the old theme tunes and changin the lifebar styles for each part of the ocelot fight. but one thing still bothers me... WHERE DID THE ENGLISH ACCENT GO!!? i was waiting to hear liquids drawl of 'oh hello brother!' but alas it was not to be :P

I realise that u have a HUGE amount of submissions to go through and that it takes a while to go thorugh them all and compile the good ones, but its been 5 days since mgs4's release date and i thought this was meant to be out a week BEFORE its release? HURRY UP!!!!

About the movie clip business...would having multiple "scenes" matter then?

im pretty sure you cant put scenes into a movie clip, so you just have to copy and paste every frame from every scene into the movieclip!

heh thanks guys, family guy is one of my main comedic and artistic influences, that and mighty boosh! lol so hopefully ill get somethin that'll make ya laugh. i basically worte in about 10 mins of hearing about this contest! but have only started work on it now lol im sooo lazy, im tryin to do at least 30mins of animation work everyday.

so hopefully it'll be all done for the finish date!

hey sorry for no contact for a while but i got swamped with work over the weekend. i had to finish 2 projects for today for advanced higher physics we're getting a new school cos our old one is falling apart! lol but then my teacher turns round and goes ' oh yeah, its to be handed in the week after the school move' Iwas like 'WOOOOOOT!?' I slavedmy whole weekend over these and turns out i could have taken my time with it! and had time to continue my collab part! which i have been working on in my little spare time. heres what ive got so far, its about 50% done.

Hey I'll gladly join this collab! I need to finally get through one collab where the collab or my pc hasnt died.

im sorry to have to say this but my pc isnt turnin on that i used to make the animation... our guess is the power unit has disintergrated from heat :( also i made no backups of the files so i cant continue on another pc. it'll probably take a while to fix it so im pulling out of the collab. sorry guys. ive learned somethin vital anyway, make as many backups on a memorystick as possible...

For zooming in i just generally make everything bigger in a tween, zooming out i use the opposite... but this V-cam sounds good so i might check it out...
