it's called a game because it has gameplay, hitting the right key for 10 minutes isn't a game, it's an interactive movie.

The only two examples I can think of off the top of my head is the time when stan and smith went to the furry convention (I could only find the clip in german) and at the end of the episode "Stan's best friend" when stan visits his old dog in canine heaven, and he's fully anthro and everything, driving a boat and stuff
