I don't really read the news or anything like that anymore... It's mostly all just money-driven tabloid drama no matter which way you look at it.

People probably said the same about the liberals a decade ago, it goes both ways buddy.

How? just look at northern Europe/Canada and how much peaceful it is there.

but you're right, there's no sense in bitching or politics in general ,because you can't change anything, every time america is on the verge of things like a more liberal democractic government, the republicans always squirm their way back up. there is no winning, they will always win, those corrupt evil business man will always win. no help. no hope. nothing

I meant to say republican in my last post, but conservatives are just as bad. wanting to live in the 50's/20's with pseudo values, what a bunch of nutcases.

mine doesn't, just look at how much better northern europe and canada is than the conservative parts of the united states.

Take half of the southern states for instance, poverty everywhere and bad infrastructure. (lack of educational funding, bad roads, old rotten buildings etc.)

Republican policies support working for money liberal supports sharing it equaly.

They both have issues

Conservitive republican
Pros
-(can be seen as a con) you work for money
-Free market

Cons
-people can fail and there will always be those who fail

Liberal democrats
Pros
-People are equal
-Cons
Someone always hordes money
Never works as it should it may work for a generation or two but it becomes corrupt and leads to the first con

What? republicans are the ones that horde it, they believe in the free market which naturally leads into business monopolies, do you research on the early 20th century.

and tbh who gives a shit if it makes you unproductive? It's not like society, especially one that is like america, gives a shit about you anyway. This isn't happy go lucky northern europe or canada, this is america, the only people who want you to stop doing drugs are corrupt businessman who know what you are saying is somewhat true. Because they can't get enough money which they in turn use to buy cocaine and do other illegal activities while the rest of the population who lays the foundation for this society suffers.

there will be a day when most of if not all us will be down on our luck, and nobody will care because this is aerica, the land where money is God.

Response to: why isnt weed legal everywhere Posted May 29th, 2014 in General

can tell you're lying in an attempt to protect faux progressivism. I'm trying to help you when I say this, don't be fooled by the drug addicts and potheads who tell you there's nothing wrong with drugs. It's not progressive to let people do drugs, it's just plain moronic. It's bad enough that people drink themselves to death, imagine how bad things would get if crackheads and heroin addicts made up 30% of the population, and everyone smoked so much weed that they just stopped caring about anything.

1: marijuana isn't nearly as bad for you as any form of alcohol, the only literal bad thing about it is the smoke, but smoke in general can harm you, just take it in a pill form and that effect will be gone.

2: It would be actually good if most drugs were legalized, most of the home-made filler stuff that makes the drugs really bad and addictive would be cut out, and a lot of black market crime would fade away.

My reasons for not legalization of pot, or at least, putting a 21 age restriction on pot is because it's harmful to children's brain and it can cause a higher chance of Alzheimer's. Bout it.
And potheads would be just as butthurt about this as it being illegal. You know how they are: "Duuuude you're giving me a DUI. Hitler!!!" "I have to be 21 to buy pot?!? You're infringing on my rights maaaaan!!!!

Pot has been proven to be scientifically way less bad for you than alcohol, and doesn't make you as stupid, violent, or reckless, if anything, it makes you less reckless because it gives you slight paranoia, but I guess an idiot hwo worships South Park like you wouldn't understand that.
