The redesign hasn't really done much in the way of address existing problems within the BBS (e.g the mess of the quote system, intimidating syntax and crappy search functionality).

The redesign has changed the look of the BBS.

Piss poor job imoh - if the purpose of the redesign was purely aesthetic then they could have at least created something innovative, this looks just as dated as the previous design.
