You're retarded. You're totally stereotyping all Goths. Not all Goths cut themselves. In my experience, those kids are more "emo" (if you want to stereotype more) than Goths.
I consider myself Goth, because I believe that sadness and pain are a very natural part of human existence, though I am primarily an upbeat person. (I also happen to like Gothic music and clothing.) I don't try to fake happiness like so many evangelical Christians do all the time; saying that they have to be so happy because God is so good and all that jazz. That's wonderful, but I do think that they overplay the happiness a bit.
I think God's great too, but for it to make you unaware of your own feelings, and to hide them is absurd.
