Well i mainly vote everything a 4 or 5 unless it is really terible and in that case ill give it a 1 or 2.

I am acctualy currently doing a science project on this topic but the first two planets nasa says it will colonize in our lifetime is mars and earths moon.

Yes its me GoronGuy and this is my first movie review, and its going to be long so sit back and relax. Hope you like it.

Well to start I believed the intro to the movie was great. Showing the main character die was Epic just as many great action movies start, and such a qoute deserves more than it is gave creidit for " I dont believe in heaven I beleieve in Pain, I believe in fear, I believe in death" It used a great use of symbolizm such as "I could feel the dead down there just pulling my feet urging them to welcom me as one of there own" while he slowly sunk to the bottom of abysmal river. At first to see the police chief explain to the new cop at the begining of the movie that Maxes family was killedwas kind of cheesy though after seeing him fight the Junkie gang it all seemed quite appropriate to include that part of the movie early on in the movie. to see that one junkie get run over in the subway was sort of humerous though.

During the rave scence I notice how max noticed that the tatoos on the men and women of the people who were taking the drug had bird tatoos and the shadow that came over the people was in the distinct shape of a bird. during the scence were natasha came to maxes house he ask her to leave, But dude seriously I would tottaly bang her I would sherd that up but NOPE not max he said " Pack your shit and leave" and just sighed to not of got any infromation about his wife from her. Though its good he did that beacause as you saw she got killed by the birds.

Somewhere throught the movie Maxes old partner links together that the tatoos and the murders are linkedwich did provide the movie with a hard to follow but very satisfying storyline. One aspect of Max Payne that I have never seen befor that I thought was interesting was how whenever someone would get shot or even punched the screen would momentarily go red this was a intresting aspect of the movie though quickly after the first few sceens of this got old. Max Payne had many great uses of symbolism such as how during most of the movie max is searching for his wife wich I believe symbolized good as where the drugs and birds symbolized the evils of crime and how when even doing the right thing evil will always decieve the richous and good in this case Max and the police force.

One admirable part of Max Payne I believe many more movies should NOT use is how they left the jokes to a minimum and how when using humor in max payne the jokes wernt stupid puns or immature jokes that a 3 year old would understand. Onother thing I believe more action flicks should adopt is the use of symbolism many times were there great uses of symbolism I have never seen used in movie. getting slightly off topic one of the reasons the dark night was so succesful was beacause Batman was a visualanti such as max payne but were batman lacks is its use of a real life sitution as were max payne took a real person, a person who was severly mentally disturbed and made him do not nessicarily the most realistic of things but its more belivable than in batman where harveys face was half blown up and got a ridiculas name like two faced harvey.

One interesting fact I noticed in max payne was that it was always snowing in it. Even though the movie was good it did have some flaws such as how hostile everyone was torward max in real life i doubt everyone would be that hostile tward a real cop. Onother great flaw of Max Payne was how the mysterious man with tatoos on his face was never found out to be the winged beast or just the leader of them. One nice aspect of the movie though was how they tied norse mythology in with the tattoos of the drug addicts.

Now beacause IM nice and dont want to spoil the rest of the movie Iam going to end my review here but overall I thought Max Payne had a complicated interesting overall plot, Interesting characters, It was mostly realistic, the violence could of been more intense, bu overall I give it a 8and a half out of 10 stars. Please leave comments even if you didnt see the movie I still want your oppinion on my review.
