Yes.. That's correct. It's believed that pigs eat anything including their own poo. And we're also not allowed to drink alcohol. However, we're allowed to drink non-alcoholic beer (infact, i was told that people in iraq drink more beer than people in england).

He didn't say that christianity can be abused the same as islam... He said something like 'infact... Islam can be abused more'.

Although he didn't mention Al-Quida, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't of said that about islam if there weren't any bombings etc.

Alright then, not EVERY Muslim knows that they were doing something against their religion, but at least 99% know. Because I've never met any Muslim that doesn't know that.

What I meant is about everyone being equal is that everyone should be TREATED equally. (Except criminals etc...) My point was that just because there was 9/11 doesn't mean that every other muslim should not be treated equally. (Again, don't tell me that he didnt mention 9/11 or whatever, read my sentence about that)

So, what do you stick to when Science and the Muslim faith collides? Do you assume the evidence that science holds is wrong or that some part of the Muslim faith might be wrong?

(I dunno an example, but, like, something like a geographical error in the Quran?)

I believe that the Qu'ran includes stories of mircales - Which I believe in.

However, the Qu'ran itself doesn't exactly teach you science, it teaches you how you should behave in life.

This topic is NOT coming out good.

Alright, listen. Just because a bunch of Muslims created 9/11 doesn't mean that every Muslim is bad.

Infact, the Muslims that created 9/11 were doing something against their religion, and every Muslim knows that.

SyntheticTacos: What are you trying to say? Are you trying to say Christians are better that Muslims? It seems as if you're trying to say that Muslims are not smart in enough to know that killing people is wrong.

Well, then let me tell you one thing. Just because Al-Quedia or whatever killed some innocent people, doesn't mean that every Islamic person is bad.

"...and likewise modern Islam is still not developed enough to be as progressive as mainstream Christianity..."
That is NOT a good thing to be saying. You must understand that everyone is equal, no matter what religion they are.

I'm sorry for what I'm about to say, SyntheticTacos, but it seriously looks like you're jealous of Muslims. And I'm being honest here.

I have authorized two of my games to be added to the public catalogue, after getting permission... so really its not the fault of the arcade software providers. The problem lies in reverse engineering that website hosts may be using.

But as far as I am aware, the community that I have posted does not ask authors for their permission - Their forum has absolutely 100% nothing about the stealing flash games. They think it is perfectly fine, people just post requests for the game and they convert it to highscore compatible.

Plus, there are even TUTORIALS on that community on how to convert the games. It includes nothing about asking for permission.

This is not a rant. I just want to alert flash authors about this organization. I'm not going to waste my time contacting the flash authors - I just want to discuss the stealing of flash games and this organization.

And I'm perfectly sure that this is the forum for this thread. This is the flash forum, therefore any topics to do with flash should be posted here, and I can't seem to find any other suitable place in this forum for this to go.

Thank you and I hope you understand.

Actually, that script has been available since early 2005.

The forum hosts will hardly care... They probably already know about this famous arcade script and don't know how hard flash authors work to make their games.

Stealing Flash Games Posted July 6th, 2007 in Game Development

I am aware of this Invisionfree (forum-hosting) script that allows people to have their own arcade with flash games. This arcade script tracks down people's highscores in games.

There is a community about this arcade script, and many people are decompiling and editing flash games to allow compatibility for high scores. They have not asked for permission from the flash authors at all. They have already edited hundreds of games.

This script is used on hundreds of forums...

If anyone is interested, the link is here:

I mean, do you guys actually mind that they are stealing and editing your games? Some of them are even editing famous games such as Thing-Thing Arena.

Response to: Doctor Who Crew Posted July 1st, 2007 in Clubs & Crews

can't wait till series 4 =[

We have to wait another year... 2008... Again.

Response to: Doctor Who Crew Posted July 1st, 2007 in Clubs & Crews

I watched the end of series 3 yesterday. I thought the doctor was going to regenerate, as I didn't see any other way out, unless he reverses the master's screwdriver... Guess I was wrong.

Anyway, that episode has finally revealed the missing part of the puzzle in series 3... It all makes sense now! I remember seeing 'vote saxon' posters at the end of series 2.

Anyway, if Captain Jack Harkness was actually (you know who!), how the hell did he transform from than into a human? Don't want to give away any spoilers.

it says frame 1 for every frame....

Thanks.

Frame Variable Posted June 30th, 2007 in Game Development

Is there a global preset variable that tells you what frame you are on?

I'm using this code:

onClipEvent (KeyDown) {

And none of them work... I'm getting fed up now. No one is even telling me where to put the code.. I'm just putting it on the frames.

Umm that isn't working.

I think I need to make an on{ } thingy?

That's the problem, I'll have to make an on{} thing for every key...

No. Al-Qaeda themselves are against Muslim religion. They're doing exactly the opposite of what you're not allowed to do in Islam, killing people like that isn't allowed. They think they're doing a good thing, but they aren't.

Response to: London bomb plan failed Posted June 30th, 2007 in Politics

I'm a Muslim and I'm sick of people just jumping into conclusions like that. It's ignorant that people are just posting 'Muslim extremists', when they don't even know.

And to be honest, Al-Qaeda is gay. The most they accomplish is giving Muslims a bad reputation.

Just wait for the police to find some more information, then we'll see.

It IS a .wav sound file.

You can also cut a little bit off the end of the song if it still doesn't work.

I'm pretty sure that's not the problem... Before I downloaded the file I looked at a flash sample and it worked fine without any delays.

My music loops aren't working correctly. There's a 1 second delay between each loop, how do I get rid of that? It ruins everything and makes things too obvious.
