Working on a project titled Prism, which is about human connections, relationships and time's effects on these relationships. I've written a lengthy sort of poem that will serve as the narration for the animation, so there'd be quite a bit of voicework to go into this. Male or female, I'm not necessarily dead set on either. I'm just looking for someone with a strong voice for narration that can be taken seriously. I've only sent the script to one person so far but I'm not sure they had quite the quality I'm looking for. Mainly looking to see if anyone else is interested. Send me some samples if so! The first paragraph from the script will do.

"Scattered through the prism's lens, refracted and dispersed throughout time and space, but all once bound together in that singular point of conception; birthed from the purest white light. "

I'm thinking he'd be in his late 40s or early 50s, but I'm not set about it. He'd have a lower sounding voice, maybe a bit quieter. Even though he's an actor I almost want a sort of child-like quality about him. Something I really wanted to do is show that other the course of all these roles, he's never really found himself, or that he's at least lost himself after the roles.

I'm about to start a new project (going to be my Senior project for college) and I need someone to play the title character, Tom, an aging actor.

The script will deal with the themes of self identity, life and death, and the filmmaking process. The story takes place at an awards reception where Tom has just won an award for his latest role. When he gets up to the podium his speech quickly turns into a self reflection, with metaphor and regret. Interspersed throughout the speech will be scenes from Tom's past giving a greater sense of clarity to his own shattered identity.

PM me if you're interested and I can give you a few lines to test. I'm looking to get started within the next week and it should be about a three month process. (Though I'd like the VA work to be finished a lot sooner to give myself a head start)

I'm looking for a few voice actors for my next animation. Now, my script isn't totally finished quite yet, though it should in a couple days tops, but I think it'd be good to start finding a few people who'd be interested in the project.

It's to be a Twilight Zone esque cartoon with an odd story and a twist ending. It's about a woman who is confined to her bed by an unknown illness whose only companion is a nurse because her husband has left on a business trip, though over time, she will see less and less of the nurse...

The characters:

The Faceless Man- the narrator to my cartoon, he is never seen, but I just want him to have a radio style voice, maybe a bit creepier though. His lines are finished already so if you want to give me some readings for him I can give you the lines.

Olivia- A shy, reserved woman whose husband is away. She is a fairly weak person and the focus of the story. Over the course of the script she becomes increasingly paranoid and delusional.

The Nurse- A person who takes care of Olivia in her husband's absence. She is gentle, but a bit mysterious. This one is sort of open to your own interpretation, I haven't fleshed her out as much.

And I have some whispering and a couple odd lines that take place in a dream sequence so you could say if you'd be interested in doing those as well.
