I guess it depends where you go. Where I live, most of the kids or young people only like rap or hip hop, and maybe a little bit or rock. "Metalheads" are just a small minority of the teenagers I knew when I was in high school. Most of the people here are hip hop fans. Then again I don't live too far away from a ghetto, and I'm pretty sure people who like rock music are a small fraction of people who live in any ghetto.

Even though "Crazy Train" might be overrated among all of his songs in general, it's a great song that is probably underrated among music in general. The average teenager nowadays probably doesn't even know who Ozzy Osbourne is, and probably hasn't even heard Crazy Train or any Ozzy song.

Ever met somebody with the same first and last name as you? For example, if you have a relative who you were named after, it doesn't really count. If there was a person at your school who happened to have your name, however... that does count.
In my school, there was a kid at my school named Jesus Diaz and he had a friend with the same first and last name who went to school with him. Jesus and Diaz are both common first and last names though.
Also, I've passed by a doctor's office that had a doctor with my first and last name, exactly. There's also a lot of people with my first and last name in Singapore and in Canada (especially Vancouver and Toronto). There's quite a bit of people who share my whole name near where I live too.

You can't live in fear of death, you just have to have fun and accept when it eventually embraces you.
I agree, we're all gonna die anyways. However I would obviously much rather die as an old person than young. Living in fear isn't living your life to fullest, but there's nothing wrong with being a little bit cautious.
The only time I've felt afraid of being hurt or killed was when I was driving or walking through ghettos. Then again, mass shootings usually take place in suburban neighborhoods.

I agree with what you said, but how would you know? After all, have you ever been out of the US or been overseas? You'll notice that people are not nearly as fat as Americans in many other countries in the world.

Both deaths were sad. Even though what Jeff Weise did was horrible, he was a great animator who had a lot of potential but just lost it.

Where did you get that statistic from, did you just make it up off the top of your head? There are 40,000 movie theaters in the US: http://www.natoonline.org/statisticsscreens.htm
If there were at least 1 million movie theaters in the country, that would mean there'd be one movie theater per 300 people. In a city of 100,000 people for example, there'd be over 300 movie theaters. That makes no sense.

On some extent, NYC is one of the few cities that matter. Chicago and San Francisco are like second-tier cities to NY.
Other than NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, Washington, DC, Boston, and LA, none of the other cities in our country matter much.

I'm talking about right after it happened. Even though it didn't affect me at all directly, I'm sure it may hit people a little bit like "I guess being out in public in the US isn't as safe as I thought it was."

So you don't like watching movies on the big screen? Theaters can be a fun experience.
So it's been almost one year sharp since the July 20, 2012 shooting at the Aurora, Colorado movie theater that left 12 dead and 70 injured. The alleged gunman, James Holmes, barged into the theater during the playing of the Dark Knight Rises and threw tear gas grenades, and then proceeded to open fire with a rifle, a shotgun, and two semi-automatic handguns. He is at jail pending trial, and if he is found guilty, he could face the death penalty.
The theater re-opened early 2013.
How has the incident affected your experience of going to movies? Seeing as shootings of any kind inside movie theater rooms are rare, especially mass shootings, did it make you hesitate going to a theater right after the attack?

At least Mexicans have tasty food, hot women (sometimes), and... yeah. I'd say the Mexicans are a boon to the US. The gang member types can get the fuck out of here, but most of them are decent.
